After over 15 years in the financial sector in Chile, in high responsibility positions, Veronica moved to Switzerland and later, as an expatriate, to Brazil. Whilst in Brazil, she discovered the fascinating world of interculturality and coaching. In the last 12 years, she has been supporting professionals and teams in their cultural challenges of living and working with people from other cultures, helping to develop the necessary competencies to succeed in their objectives. Back in Switzerland, she continues to expand the benefits of cultural differences, to create synergies, complementarities and innovations in organizations, using coaching and training to achieve this.
